This Course is aimed to improve the knowledge and awareness of learners who may work in an environment that involves Manual handling of loads or manual material handling that involves the use of the human body to lift, lower, carry or transfer loads. The average person is exposed to manual lifting of loads in the workplace.

TRAINING METHOD:

- Valid Passport (Any Nationality)

Age must be 21 years and above.
